I was hesitant to write this review, as I wanted to wait to see the full effects. I had been suffering from a strained hip flexor, then I strained the lumbar region in my back after doing some heavy deadlifts. I started taking the double strength with three sprays per day. After several weeks of the Wolverine spray combined with stretching, and mobility exercises, I’m back to doing heavy deadlifts and squats again. It’s really helping with nightime inflation and now I’m sleeping more sound. I do use other supplements and things for healing, so I think it’s the combination that has really helped. Between work and bodybuilding at 62′, I’m still going strong. Not like my prime, but better than the majority for my age.

I’m hesitant to declare “It works!” because I am well aware of placebo effects, of trying “one more thing” and then, the total time since an injury having finally passed e.g. 2 months, the injury (miraculously!) begins to feel much better… so with all that said: IT WORKS!
I began developing Plantar Fasciitis during my regular runs, and it really inflamed in the few weeks before a marathon. I ran the marathon anyway, and somewhere around mile 20-21 my foot went from sore to agony. I’m an idiot, so I hobbled the last ~6 miles and finished.
The race and my foot. About 7 weeks later my foot was… trending better. But SLOWLY. Stretches. Toe curls. Toe lifts. Massage. Walking barefoot when possible, wearing athletic shoes in the house, arch shupports… I was throwing everything at it, and the most helpful thing seemed to be just waiting. Time.
Enter Wolverine Nasal Spray (Ultra). Started with 2 sprays in the morning, 2 at night. After about 10 day went to 3 sprays 2x/day. In two weeks (total) my foot has massively improved. I am biking (Peleton) and lifting weights 3-4 days a week, including e.g. deadlifting. I think I may be able to make my next marathon in 10 days, though that will probably set me back a bit. Luckily, I’ve got this stuff to back me up!
Short version: it seems like it accelerates healing ~2x. Doesn’t patch you up overnight, or even over a single week. It’s not magic. But it turns “progressing, barely” into “progressing, noticeably.”

I had neck pain radiating down to my right shoulder and arm for over 1 year. I really didn’t think it would work for me, but it has worked wonderful. Pleasantly surprised at the results. I wasn’t expecting much after reading mixed information from various sources. I read some articles stating that BPC-157 is too delicate to be shipped in a liquid state and the result would be too degraded to work properly and others stating that, even if the peptide is broken down, the building blocks will still get the job done. I’m happy to report that after using this for about 3 weeks, my lingering knee and shoulder pain are almost completely gone and I’m able to do workouts I was avoiding previously. This is the only change I made so I’m fairly certain this has helped me get full range of motion back without the pain. I’m going to alternate usage to every other month to keep my receptors active and happy but I will definitely be continuing to use this.

It’s not a 100% cure-all, but I do think it actually helps a lot. There’s something to it, for sure. My background I got surgery (1/23/23)on my shoulder and needed 5 anchors out into my arm. My shoulder use to fall out of place every once in awhile. I heard this product could work so here I am trying it out. I also possibly need surgery on the other shoulder and my hand I’ve torn my tendon only can feel that weird pain when hold heavy objects.
