Like anything I’m a skeptic and often find that an item doesn’t work as intended. This has had a noticeable affects on my recovery and definition. I have been pairing this with Trinity for the past 3 weeks and have felt better during and after workouts. I take two sprays before every workout and that seems to be doing the trick for me. I’ve never been one to take “questionable” supplements for working out (like hgh or any “juice”) to maintain some longevity. This has been a good and new test into the world of peptides.
