I’ve only been using one spray per day cause I currently don’t have any major injuries, but I just started training hard again, so I’m using it more as a preventive, at this point . I do believe that so far it is helping keep some of the normal wear and tear fatigue at 58 that I feel when I start training heavily again. I will be wrestling with some college age stand outs tomorrow a little bit, I have to take it easy as I’m not quite in shape as I was last year at this time when I wrestled some, don’t want any injuries , so I may do two sprays tomorrow and a couple of sprays the day after as I usually don’t get really sore after wrestling for a day or two .
